I need a cheap hosting site bc I'm making a neopets site

I know of hostultra.com and freewebs.com but is there any really good sites similiar to that. They need to be cheap and have emails.

I use Godaddy and I only pay 3 dollars a month for 20 gigs of space. It's pretty nice.

I use Bravenet.com - they're free, and I think they do emails, but I'm not sure.
