What am i doing wrong?

I've tried to make a website (right now its just a few lines because i cannot even seem to make that work) i have done everything what it says in the turorial but i does not work! It just looks like it does in the notepad file. If you think you could help can you please leave your email and I will send you the file.

As far as making it work, when clicking save in notepad, end it with .html, and set the dropdown box that says .txt to "all files"
