Refresh only one frame on F5

Someone please help me....plzzzzzzz
here's the situation.
i've got three frames in my home page.
1st frame = header.
2nd frame = main content.
3rd frame = footer.

Now the problem is when i press F5 (refresh)...
Instead of refreshing just the 2nd frame, the whole frame set is refreshed and i get back to where i started i.e my home page :-(
what should i do to refresh just the page displayed in the 2nd frame???
Please Help :-[

F5 will do all frames considering it is refreshing the current URL which is the frameset page.

try doing a right click in the frame you desire and choose refresh or reload that way.
