Image Swap with jump menus or list boxes...

I understand javascript pretty good, but only write minimal stuff. I know what i want to do is possile, but am having problems getting things working. Basically, all i want to do is use a jump menu, or a list box, to taget an image on my page and have it swap images. I've done plenty of image swaps with links before, but it seems to be a pain to get it to work with a jump menu.

any suggestions or help is much appreciated.
