Help with a lost code

Many moons ago, I had a code for a double frame {left side frame, right side frame, and then main frame}. And then I remodeled and misplaced the code, got a new computer, ETC. ETC

If you need a picture to see what on earth I'm talking about, e-mail me. But if you know the code, or can tell me how to re-write it, Puh-LEASE reply! I'd like to re-open the site with a fresh start!
