Question Change iframe Background Color

I need to change the background color that is within my iframe and inset the text so that it is not flush with the righthand scroll bar. When I set up the page that is called into the iframe at 98% width, it fixes the problem with the text being too close to the right side scrollbar, but then the background color of the page with the iframe itself bleeds through on the right 2% of the framed page within the iframe. How can I get that portion of the iframe area to match the rest of the background that is within the iframe? I can't change the background color of the main page (the page that contains the iframe), because it will cause problems on the overall page. In other words, I do NOT want the background of my iframe to be transparent and have the background of the main page show through.

I hope this makes sense. I would upload my page, but because it is for a client, I cannot do that. I'm hoping someone can assist. :waves:

The iframe problem is in Safari & Firefox

I forgot to mention that this problems seems to show up in Safari and Firefox, but works fine on IE for PC. Please assist if anyone has a solution. Thank you.
