file uploader
I have no idea where this should go but I was wondering how you would get a section of your site where staff can upload graphics? My site is www.freewebs.com/creamneo. And also, I have downloaded cutenews, and researched it a bit and it says i need ftp .. or something like that. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this.

You would need a PHP and mySQL enabled server and then know how to write the code.

You cant have an image uploader on freewebs.
http://celerondude.com/script_uploaderv6 Version 6.2.1 is not free, but 6.1 is.
