Virginia Shootings :(
I was just reading digg and found this story
 http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/nat...orld-headlines Hope any of you virginians are ok. Why do depressed people shoot 40 people then kill themsleves afterwards. I hope in that death toll of 31, they arent counting the shooter himself. He certainly doesnt deserve to be called human, nor counted as one in a death toll. |

My thoughts are with Va Tech students, faculty and family members. We're a little freaked out up here, because someone walked into one of our business buidlings a few years ago and shot several people. One died.

That was your building?? I think I heard about that actually on the news. Oh my gosh glad your okay.
I'm so shocked by what happened at Virginia Tech. I'm praying for all of the victims and the families as well.

It's sad, and weird. I never expected it would be an asian guy. He was taking depression medicine, and he was sent to this mental health place 2 years ago. I feel sorry for Virginia Tech.

I really hope Blakelyn (one of our members here at LEIA) is okay. If I remember correctly, she lived in that area and/or attends Virginia Tech.

Yesterday, a package was sent to NBC News by the shooter about the shooter's video and pictures. I don't want to post that on this forum since it's a kids' forum, and it might frighten youngsters.

It's all over the news (the package). I can't believe someone would let themselves do this. I read somewhere that a brave French teacher blocked the door so his students could get out, who eventually lost his life. I think he should be remembered, not the killer.
